Kristian Kinnon Talks Taekwondo - 'A Way of Life'

Kristian was hard at work in Graphic Communication when we interrupted him and asked him to answer few questions about Taekwondo. Kristian came out of class with a smile on his face and seemed happy to talk to us about his sport.  Once we finished with the introductions we got on with the questions.

Kristian Kinnon is a senior at Larbert High and a top level Taekwondo athlete

‘’I inspired myself to take taekwondo, it has always been something I wanted to do’’

Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?

What does taekwondo mean to you?

‘’The way of life, it’s my way of life’’

How many times a week do you train?

What age did you start?

‘’I started at the age of 11 but I wish I started a bit younger’’
